What is soft play?
We use soft foam padded equipment to create a safe, fun and interactive environment for children. Soft play allows children to gain confidence and work on their social and physical development all while playing!
Who can play?
Children between ages 0-5 are best suited for using the equipment.
How often do you clean the equipment?
Our equipment is cleaned after each time it is used. We are committed to sanitize, disinfect every single piece of equipment for the health and safety of all children.
Do you set up and deliver?
We delivery and set up our equipment for an additional cost depending on where you are located. We will arrive 45 minutes - 1 hour prior to your event start time to set up. Please let us know if there are any restrictions that will delay the set up (like stairs, lack of parking etc...) so that we can plan accordingly.
Are there set up conditions?
We can set up our equipment both indoors and outdoors. For safety reasons we can't set up our equipment if weather conditions are poor. Dampness and rain will make things slippery and safely is our number one priority!
Do I have to rent everything together?
We've got some options for you! Depending on your needs, you can choose one of our packages or we can customize a package that suites your space.
How long can the equipment be rented for?
We do not have a limit on our equipment rental. We will arrive approximately 45 minutes before your event starts to set up the equipment and we will pick up at the time you would like us to.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, we require a $300 security/ booking deposit for any rental. This ensures that our equipment is played with appropriately and it is not damaged. Upon pick up if the equipment is in the same condition as when it was set up, then you will get your security deposit back . Sometimes it can take up to a couple hours for us to check every piece of equipment. This deposit is also your booking deposit to secure your rental.
Who are we?
We're Maria and Naomi. Two lifelong friends and both mothers of three kiddos! We started Play Their Way to help parents like us keep their children entertained, in a fun, engaging and safe space where they can play their way.
